Fall is officially here. The leaves are starting to change, the weather is getting cooler, and all things pumpkin are back in stores. In the spirit of getting cozy for the colder months, I decided to jump on the sweatsuit set trend.
Originally, I was set on Aritzia’s sweatsuits because of their fit and their colour selection. But then I found out that they run for $130 +. Yikes.
Thankfully, I was able to find some dupes for a fraction of the cost. I’m talking more than 50% less. Plus, they look basically the same as those high end sweatsuit sets.
Oversized Sweatshirt & Joggers High Waist from H&M – Total Price $49.98
If you prefer the cropped sweatshirt look, you can take a pair of scissors and cut off the bottom half of the sweater. This will leave a raw hem and will end up looking similar to this cropped sweatshirt from Aritzia.
This sweatsuit set comes in many different colours, but my favourite is this one in the colour dark gray.
Basic Sweatshirt & Plush Jogging Pants from Zara – Total Price $49.80
This is the perfect basic sweatshirt. It’s not too short, not too long, and you can pair it with just about anything.
If you’re looking for a more elevated look out of your sweatsuit set, this is it. This colour makes this set look chicer than your standard pair of sweatpants.

This colour is ridiculously close to this sold out sweatshirt from Aritzia. If you weren’t able to get your hands on that one before it sold out, this sweatshirt from Zara is a great way to get the same look with the added bonus of it costing way less money.
Tip: If these sweatpants are too long for you, you can use a hair tie to shorten them to your perfect length. See the instructions for that here.
