Small 90’s-inspired bags are in. Whether they’re croc-embossed or nylon, you’ve probably seen these bags worn by influencers and celebrities alike. And while celebrities and influencers can probably afford the designer versions of these 90’s bags, like the popular Prada Re-Edition 2005 Nylon Bag or the Louis Vuitton Pochette, I know I definitely cannot. These designer bags can run between $825 and $1520.

So, what’s a girl on a budget to do? Well, she scours the internet for some affordable versions. And that’s exactly what I did. I’ve listed 6 of my favourite finds, and the best part is that they’re all under $55 CAD.

Women’s Clutch Bag from Amazon$28.44 CAD

Let’s face it, you can’t go wrong with this price. What’s better is it comes in many different colours.

Crocodile Baguette Bag from Urban Outfitters$49 CAD

This highly rated bag is faux-leather and vegan friendly.

Appointed Bag from Peppermayo$47.37 $40.34 CAD with code HONEY15

This style of 90’s bag is by far my favourite. The crocodile embossing is a bit more sophisticated than nylon, and gives an outfit just enough textural difference to keep it interesting.

Black Faux Leather Mini Purse from Brandy Melville $36.56 CAD

Unfortunately, Brandy Melville does not ship to Canada through their website. But don’t worry, you still have options. You can still order off their website if you use a package forwarding service. It just means the package will make a pitstop somewhere in the states before it reaches you in Canada.

Good Times Bag Blue from Princess Polly$53 $27 CAD

I’m not usually one for colour, but how darling is this baby blue bag? This one is definitely an eye catcher.

Peta & Jain Piper Bag Beige Nylon from Princess Polly $61 $54.90 CAD with code HONEY10

This bag reminds me of BY FAR’s Rachel Shoulder Bag, which was inspired by Rachel from Friends.
